Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and any purchase you make through it. The website is operated by Khuri Pharm Ltd (חורי פארם בע"מ), Company No. (ח.פ.) 513554014, Main Road 70, Kafr Yasif 2490800, Israel ("we", "us", "our"). By browsing the site or placing an order you agree to these Terms, our Refund Policy and our Shipping page, which form part of them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to create an account or place an order. We ask you to confirm this when you register and at checkout. By ordering, you also confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use. You can ask us to delete your account and personal data at any time from your profile page ("Delete my account and data"); we complete the request within 30 days, except for records the law requires us to keep (see the Privacy Policy).

3. Products, prices and fees

• All prices are in Israeli New Shekels (₪) and include VAT.
• The only charge added to the price of the products is shipping, which is shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay (see the Shipping page). There are no other fees.
• Product photos are shown as accurately as possible, but packaging and colours may vary slightly. Some lifestyle images on the site are generated with AI and are labelled as such.
• Products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and offer a replacement or a full refund.
• If a price was displayed in error, we will contact you before shipping so you can confirm the correct price or cancel with a full refund.

4. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we email you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example because of stock, an obvious error or a payment problem — in which case any amount charged is refunded in full.

5. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider, PayPlus. We never see or store your full card details.

6. Delivery, cancellation and refunds

Delivery costs and times are on our Shipping page. Your right to cancel an order and get a refund — including how to cancel online — is set out in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981.

7. Reviews

• Reviews must describe your own genuine experience with the product. Only customers who have bought the product from us can review it, and those reviews are labelled "Verified purchase".
• We never pay for reviews, offer rewards for positive ones, or write reviews ourselves. Our staff do not review our products.
• We publish positive and negative reviews alike. We only hide or remove a review if it is spam, abusive or unlawful, contains someone's personal information, or is not about the product.
• By posting a review you allow us to display it on our website, with your first name.

8. Newsletter

We only send marketing emails if you ask for them, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email or from your profile page.

9. Intellectual property

The content of this site — including text, images, logos, and the "Khuri Pharm" and "Gladio" names — is owned by us or used under licence, and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, disrupt its operation, post false reviews, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under mandatory consumer-protection law.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Israel have jurisdiction over any dispute.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
