Shipping costs

• Flat-rate shipping: ₪0 per order.
• Orders whose items total more than ₪400 (before any discount code) ship free.
• The shipping cost is shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay. It is the only charge added to the price of your items, and all prices already include VAT.

Processing & delivery time

Orders are usually prepared within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. If we cannot deliver within the time we promised, you may cancel the order with a full refund.

Where we ship

We currently ship within Israel. If your area is not covered at checkout, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Tracking your order

When your order is dispatched, we email you a shipping notification that includes your tracking number (where available) so you can follow the delivery.

Returns, cancellations and refunds
