Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 20 October 2026

We want everyone to be able to browse and shop with us comfortably, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard instead of a mouse, magnification, or other assistive technology.

Standard we follow

The website is designed to meet Israeli Standard IS 5568, which is based on the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) level AA, and we test against WCAG 2.1 AA.

What we have done

• Every page can be used with a keyboard alone. A "Skip to main content" link appears on the first press of Tab, menus open and close with Enter and Escape, and focus is always clearly outlined.
• Product photos and meaningful images have text alternatives; purely decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
• Text and buttons meet WCAG AA contrast ratios (at least 4.5:1 for normal text).
• Icon-only buttons (cart, wishlist, close, quantity) have spoken labels, and form fields have visible, linked labels.
• Pop-up panels (the cart, the mobile menu, dialogs) keep focus inside while open and return it when closed.
• Animations are switched off if your device is set to "reduce motion", and the background video on the Gladio page can be paused.
• Messages that disappear on their own pause while you hover over or focus them, and error messages stay until you close them.
• The site works in Hebrew, Arabic and English, with right-to-left layout for Hebrew and Arabic.

Known limitations

• Our legal pages (this one, the Privacy Policy, Terms and policies) are currently available in English only. For help in Hebrew or Arabic, please contact us.
• Product descriptions and fragrance-pyramid images come from our suppliers; some images may not yet have a full text description. Contact us and we will describe any product for you.
• The store management area (for our staff only) has not yet been fully adapted.
